Admissions procedures (before admission to hospital)
1. Outpatient consultation
Before applying for admission, patients will receive a full explanation from the physician during the outpatient consultation to ensure good understanding.
2. Application for admission
Patients will receive an explanation of hospital life from the hospital staff at the Admission Reception Counter located in the Pre-admission Support Center on the 2nd floor of the main building.
3. Date and time of admission
You will be informed of the date and time of admission during the process of applying for admission. If the date and time of admission have not been determined by the time your application for admission is submitted, the hospital staff will notify you of the date and time of admission a day before your scheduled admission. (by phone, fax, or telegram) If the date and time of admission have not been determined by the time your application for admission is submitted, you may have to wait for a vacancy or for availability of your preferred room.
4. On the day of admission
Please be prepared to be admitted before your specified time. Go to the Pre-admission Support Center Reception Counter on the 2nd floor of the main building. If you are delayed due to traffic conditions or other reasons, please give notice to the Admission Reception Counter beforehand by phone.
